A strong and capable leader, Captain William Brooke has fought the Elves ever since Albion became involved in the war. After the retreat from Kooruna he stayed with the 68th, and returned to Catalucia under Wheeling-Turn. He displayed incredible courage at the Battle of Noportoe, the first major defeat inflicted upon Ferach Forces that forced the Elves to abandon their plans to invade Al-Garvey. His troops have been sent to intercept an Elven spy reputed to be in the area, said to be traveling with a group of Elf Light Infantry from the 7eme Chasseurs de Pied. Most of his men are tired after an intense round of skirmishing with Elf Light Troops over the past weeks and he is relying on the tenacity of the new additions to his unit to carry out the mission.
